Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-08-01.
This is a short, plain-language policy because there isn't much to say.
What we collect
Nothing, from your visit to this site. We do not run analytics software, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking scripts. We do not set cookies. We do not use a content delivery network, font service, or embed that would send your browser's information to another company while you read an article here.
Server logs
Like effectively any web server, the infrastructure hosting this site keeps a basic technical access log (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and reliability purposes -- this is standard server software behavior, not a feature we've added, and these logs are not used for tracking, profiling, or advertising, and are not sold or shared with third parties.
If you contact us
If you email us through the address on our contact page, we keep that correspondence like any ordinary email, for as long as is reasonably useful to respond to and resolve whatever you wrote about. We don't add your address to a mailing list or share it with anyone else.
Children's privacy
This site is a business and technology publication intended for a professional adult audience. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and in any case, as noted above, we do not collect information from visitors generally.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes -- for example, if we were to add an embedded tool that requires its own data handling -- we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above rather than changing our practices silently.
